Our second design commission, consisted of 5 triple storey office blocks, each 1500sqm with basement parking.
Each block was further sub-devided into 4 free hold erven which were notarially tied, with a common entrance, effectively rendering 5 blocks consisting of 4 joined office buildings of 375 sqm each, not un-similar to the semi detached railway housing schemes along side the railway tracks further South, established during and after the Witwatersrand Gold Rush
Also designed for a property development company, we offered a full array of services from the cost estimating and producing a marketing brochure, to co-ordinating the proclamation, rezoning and sub-division related issues
We were also appointed as full time project managers and involved in the day to day on-site operations.
