Situated on a 6000sqm site, this office estate, being our first design commission in 1996, consisted of 11 full title office blocks of 350sqm each, designed at the time in a post-modern theme.

Designed for a property development company, we offered a full array of services from the cost estimating and producing a marketing brochure, to co-ordinating the proclamation, rezoning and sub-division related issues.

We were also appointed as full time project managers and involved in the day to day on-site operations.
